Cece was found starving and alone near a NYC community cat colony. When the caretaker realized she was friendly, she couldn't leave her there. Cece is a SUPER SWEET Russian Blue mix. Her time on the street was difficult, but she remains a sweet, gentle soul who loves human contact. Cece needs a forever home with a family who will love and keep her safe. If you have room in your heart for this precious girl, she'll repay you with kitty hugs and purrs!
